Note: this will zap your cookies. If you want to keep them then in Internet Explorer File/Import and Export and save your cookies. Then Import them again after running CleanUp!

Supercleaner click here - allows you to specify which cookies to keep. Kills everything else and more...

Tools Menu, Internet options, Change "Day to keep Internet History" to 0

Preferences (Alt P), History and Cache, Visited Addresses, 0, 100, 500, 5000 etc. or Clear.

From the Hotlist, History tab, one can selectively delete visited addresses.
