Hijacked search engines

A malicious program is hijacking the Windows "hosts" file and redirecting all search engine traffic to click here.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem, please?

Delete the following files:

Set the following registry key value

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters "DataBasePath" = %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc

Delete the following registry key value HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\windows "r0x"

Reconfigure your DNS server settings as desired
