High Visibility Text - Switching Back to Standard

I've inadvertantly switched Windows to a high visibility text - grotesque large black on white or vice versa. I managed to get the standard Windows screens back to the normal screen but still retain certain screens in this type of format - eg the Windows Help and Update screens. I cannot get back to the standard Windows screen, can't remember how I managed to switch this high visibility screen on. I don't think it was through the Accessibility route. Anyone help me get back to standard Windows format screens please

Not exactly sure what you mean by "high visibility text", but try:

Control Panel; Display; click the Appearance tab and then experiment with Font size/Effects/Advanced.

You could try right clicking on the desk top. Go to Appearance and see if the font size is normal?
