High Ms/Ping

I have really high Ms/Ping on games when i play them on the internet. I play world of warcraft on 2 pc's and my laptop. It runs fine on my laptop with my built in wireless network card and i get no lag, but on my pc's i have both belkin wireless adapters and these seem to produce very high Ms/Pings. I have the o2 Wirless II box which my pc's disconnect from alot, but my laptop is fine. I dont know if anyone can help me , or knows this is a known problem with this router or belkin adapters.

Check for any software running in the background on your PC that could be using bandwidth and causing the latency (Lag).

Also who is your ISP?

Hey thanks for your reply, but i have sorted the problem now, turns out it was the wireless adapter. I brought a new one and all seems good so far :)
