helpsvc.exe - Am I getting paranoid ?

Just downloaded email and then came off line. Two minutes later I noticed the hard drive working when I had no windows open, and was just eating my toast !

Checked the file manager (?) and found "helpsvc.exe" running and using 100% cpu.

Searched and found four instances of this name in various places, the current one in windows/prefetch helpsvc.exe-2878DDA2.pf, a compressed file.

Am I getting paranoid ?

Thanks Gandalf.
Having read the page, I'll wait till the next ms download to fix it.
Curiously, my problem didn't wait for me to use the help file, but ran on its own in the background, hence my concern.
