Hi.
I have had to move my pc upstairs. I use AOL dial up internet. I would like to get a wireless modem to use the internet instead. Would i still have to have a phone line connection in the same room as the pc? I was hoping to have the wireless modem in the room next to the pc where there is a phone line. Its less that 20 metres from the pc. Or have i got it all wrong!! Please help, my head is dizzy! Thanks

Normally you connect one PC to the wireless connecter via an ethernet cable, and run other PCs or laptops wirelessly, but I don't see why it wouldn't work as you said if you had a USB adapter for your PC.
