apologies for the laymans terms i am about to use...

When i turn on my pc it automatically goes to the screen detailing safe mode options (3) or windows start up

whichever option i try, the PC crashes after a few seconds and returns back to teh same screen

what next?!

Spotmau has been recommended to me

A Windows cd / dvd... boot with that in the drive

(this requires changing the boot sequence in your BIOS) Normallly the DEL key on boot up

Boot with the cd / dvd in the drive, and try a system repair.

If you are confused, post back...you need to be careful with this, as you could lose data if you choose the wrong options.
