Epson R300 photo printer. Windows 7, 32 or 64 bit. This will not print on to the cd even though I have v2 of cd print?
In device manager this shows as ECP Printer on LPT 1 port, yet in devices this shows up as Epson stylus R300 photo printer. What printer driver will I need to make this work?
The original epson drivers disk will not load on win 7 and epsom does not have a driver for this platform will any other work with windows 7.I.E. Vista?

Go to Start/Printers and Faxes/ Add Printer.
Click 'Select from List'
Click Epson
Scroll to R300 [ or any other R300 series machine in the list
Click OK

You will now have the basic R series driver.

Also I note that you haver printer post st to
LPT 1.
This is for old style parrallel printers - select instead the USB printer port.
See what happens.
However if Epson do not support R300 on Win 7
See if any of the other R300 series will[Now upto 365 and beyond]
