Help and Support Error

  Survey Surfer 12:35 26 Jan 05

When I click on Help and Support I get this message (Start>Help and Support, in WindowsXP home edition)

'Windows cannot open Help and Support because a system service is not running.
To fix this problem, start the service names 'Help and Support'.

Can anyone help with this?
How can I start the Help and Support system service when I keep getting this error message?!?

Hi, there is a simpler way - Start>Run. type in "msconfig" without the quotes, press return.
In the window that pops up click on the Tab for Services - then scroll down to Help & Support and tick box. Close window and follow on screen prompts.
