Help with selecting a laptop

I am trying to find a new laptop with some (or all) of the following specifications:

  • Windows 10
  • Multi-processors
  • Good graphics card
  • Good screen resolution (full HD)
  • Machine with less energy saving procedures and without a screen glare.

I would be using the laptop to run computer-based mental ability tasks so ideally it'll be portable (on the small to medium side). Please do bear in mind that the tasks run fine on my knackered ASUS S200E (so the programme can't be very demanding). Besides running the tasks for about 10 months, I will be using the laptop to write up coursework, so something relatively reliable would be swell.

My budget is £400-£600, although if there is a perfect laptop slightly above this bracket, please do let me know. Thank you for your time :).
