Help : Problem With Modem After Upgrading To XP

Since installing windows XP i am unable to connect to the internet. I am using Blueyonder connection manager, and the message i receive when trying to connect is: "The Modem (or other connecting device) is already in use or is not configured properly.(error 633)In the properties section of the blueyonder connection manager the modem listed as "Lucent Tech Soft Modem AMR" where as before upgrading to windows XP our modem was listed as "MR Modem". The program for Mr Modem still exsits on the computer but we are unable to select it as our modem.

When I upgraded from 98SE to xp pro my modem was not recognised and I had to find new drivers online.

Sounds like xp has put its own drivers in try reinstalling the old ones see if that helps.
