Help please regarding missing DLL.file.XMLPARSE.DL

Help please, recently on booting my computer I get a message; a required DLL.file.XMLPARSE.DLL was not found. I am new to computing and a bit confused by this. Any ideas.

it is in ZIP format and you can get Win zip free at click here try and get v8.1 and install in the Classic option.

The file itself seems to be associated with Yahoo Instant Messenger.

Have a look at this article by Microsoft, follow the suggestions and see if that does the trick.

File used by AOL Instant Messenger or Yahoo Instant Messenger.

Option 1) Download from click here

Copy into C:\Windows\system32

SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to start your computer, an error message similar to the following may appear:

Xmlparse.dll cannot be found.
CAUSE
This error can occur when you have America Online Instant Messenger (AIM) in the Startup group.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, disable AIM or remove AIM from the Startup group.
