Help with Outlook Express

Hi Folks This may seem a vague question my neighbour is using XP home and Outlook Express. He occasionally recieves emails from various government departments which has a box in the email which tells him to click on the box. This will send a response to the sender to say he has received and read the email. I know you can put a tick in Outlook Express in the tools menu under options/recipts which will automaticaly send a recipt to the sender to say you have opened the email. My question is there a tool in Outlook Express which will create this box for recipiants to click on.

Tools > Options > Receipts.

Put a tick in the "Request a read receipt" box
