Help needed connecting to home server

  geewis357 19:19 31 Mar 06

I would like to connect to my home server from out side of my home network, how can this be done. My home network consists of a pc running 2003 server connected to a BT Voyager and I use a 5 port router to connect the other pc's. All this runs perfect, but I would like to connect to my server and access my sql server that runs on it from my friends BB connection.

Can someone give me some assistance?

As you are running Windows 2003 server why not use the VPN option from Configure this server under Administrative tools. click here it should help you.
