Help needed in changing XP Pro product key!

Hi all, At work we have two pc's which are now known to have non genuine versions of Win XP pro installed. My boss has purchased two new versions of win xp both on discs.
Is there an easy way of inputting the new product keys into the existing versions? I am hoping i can avoid having to carry out clean installs on the pc's.
If there is, will the two pc's now be correctly licensed using the two new product keys?

The pc's function correctly in all other aspects and, having carried out an audit of installed software, can confirm it's all correctly licensed.

Hope you can help.

Wyatt
