I would greatly appreciate if anyone can help on this one. Not to sure what I have done wrong as the PC was working fine yesterday. I did however run Evidence eliminator and registry fix. Every time I log on now I get a program instillation box, which is attempting to load some software. It stops half way as it can not find the item. The messages I get are:

1)Please wait while windows configures TrayApp

2)The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disks that are not available. Insert the `TrayApp’ disk and press ok.

Can anybody tell me what this means, as I am not sure what software the TrayApp disk belongs to.

Do you have an HP printer? If so insert the printer CD.

click here has some interesting reading about Evidence Eliminator....system restore should work and I would advise you to bin the programme ASAP.
