Help with internet connection

Hi

I have 3 pcs on a home network. All 3 have worked fine in the past but now one will not connect to the internet. It connects to the LAN and McAfee Network manager suggests everything is OK.
I though it might be a problem with IE so installed Firefox but this doesn't work either.
When I boot up the errant pc, I get a message that InsDetect.exe could not be run because LTDIS12n.dll was not found. I am not sure whether this is relevant or a red herring.
Can someone help please?

Thanks - I had just discovered that and unistalled the Jessops software. It got rid of the error message but I still cannot get on the internet from the pc

If you have Local Area connection on your quick start, Right click it and press repair. see if that helps.

Thanks but I've already done that and as I say, the LAN is working fine.
The 2 other network pcs are connecting to the internet without any problems.
I've tested the connection to the router by pinging it from the errant pc and there isn't a problem.
I'm baffled!
