Help with installing graphic card

I recently bought the packard bell imedia x2424 aio from pc world. It ome pre insatll with vista and my friend help me downgrade it to xp home sp2.
The problem now is i also bought a pny geforce 9400gt but when i try to install it the pc dont seem to be able to detect the card what so ever.
I went and check the device manager and one of the "pci standard pci to pci bridge" have a big yellow exclamation after i install a driver it turn out to be Nvidia nforce pci system management and when i check resource it seem to sharing it with vgasave or is not avaliable:
Memory Range C0000000 - DFFFFFFF not available.
Memory Range 000A0000 - 000BFFFF used by:
\Driver\VgaSave
Input/Output Range 03B0 - 03BB used by:
\Driver\VgaSave

any help would be great thx in advance

normally just disable onboard graphics in bios install card then drivers when asked for but there could be a fly in the ointment.
