My Panasonic FZ45 has developed a fault whereby certain pixels flash black on the screen - not always in the same position. Does anybody know why this should be, please?

How old is the camera?

Have a look here and ask the question. You will have to register, but it's free

Suggest you contact Panasonic.

Maybe an over exposure warning if light areas are flashing, try taking two pictures of the same subject, one automatic and then switch to manual and reduce the exposure ...alB
