Help, dual boot problem

Hi I have got a new installed 500 gbt hdd and have installed win 7 and all my progs on it I then decided to partition it so I can install XP and have a dual boot system. The partitioning went well and I installed my XP disk on it fine, my problem is now that it will only boot into XP and not into my primary win 7 system.... help please regards

I cannot remember exactly, but I think the problem is caused by installing XP after W7. I think Microsoft assumed that you would be installing W7 after XP. Try searching this forum and if nothing turns up try a Google search "Dual boot XP after Windows7".
