Help choosing programming software

Budget £1400 -

Must include software tools such as CASE, code libraries, version control, which may be considered useful.

Will be testing software using C++, Visual Basic(pro) and Microsoft VbA under a Windows 32bit enviroment.

Looking for the latest versions on all of the programming languages.

I'm not sure but would Mirosoft Visual Studio 6 do all you require? I'd go and check that out.
