Help!! Can't get rid of infection

  johnincrete 05:04 17 Mar 11

On opening Hotmail I discovered 41 messages about undelivered mail. I looked at one and saw that it contained a link that I did not recognise so I deleted them all, intending to email everyone to warn them.
Then I got Windows Security Alert message telling me I had many Trojan & Worm infections and inviting me to download a free removal program (I kept a screen shot).
Being now very suspicious I ran Microsoft Security Essentials - no infection, and Malware bytes that reported Trojan Fake Alert & I got it to delete it & restart.
I then clicked on the shortcut to PCA which ran Firefox which re-opened the pages I was on & back came the (false) alerts. I could not close Firefox so I used Task Manager.
Question: how do I get rid of the saved pages in Firefox so I can run Malwarebytes again?

Maybe try this.

To remove false security programs

1. Turn off computer ,then turn on and start tapping F8
2. When the Advanced startup options appear Select Safe mode With Networking
3. Open internet explorer goto ,download Hitman pro "32-bit or 64-bit depending on your Os"
4. Run Hitman pro ,let this scan the computer
5. Activate Free Licence
6. Reboot Pc

Infection Removed..!
