Help with 'Buffer Overrun'

Can someone pls help me get rid of this 'Buffer Overrun Jpeg' pls.
Iv tried everything & cant seem to get rid of it.
I'v scanned with, AVG, Spysweeper,Nod32, spybot s&d & still cant get rid. Even tried to restore my comp to an earlier date but it wouldnt let me.
Any help would be appreciated
