when i close down my pc i get 'Backweb-8876480 has caused an error in MFC42.DLL' wot is this, and how do i get rid of it, ive tried looking at the DLL files and this 1 isnt there

Backweb is a module of spyware (as well as a name given to other things) so I would suggest that you run a spyware checker such as Ad-Aware from click here first and foremost.

Are you running any spyware software?
Are You running any firewall software?
Are YOU running any anti-virus software?
If the answer is NO to any of these questions, get some (available online and free) and use / update them!
