but I have to ask.Are you using the 'on board' sound,or a separate sound card? Does your front panel connect to the sound unit internally,or via an external jack at the rear? Finally a silly question is it actually connected?

darn blast, i opened her up and the god darn wire was in CD IN instead of AUX.
