Just built new pc today, installed Wn XP prof.
Careless slip up by me has allocated Hard drive as "I" not C.All the the others letter allocations are wrong ( A to I) would it be better to start again as I believe this is going to cause problems?

As longs as your "Floppy Disk Drive" is set to "A", then it will be fine, otherwise there is something wrong with your hardware.

Have you tried going into Control panel/Administrive tools/Computer management/ Disk management,And right clicking the drives, and changing the letters there.?
