Hey - I intalled a new 250gb HD as D drive but forgot to set it to slave. I've files on it now...What's going to happen when I set it to slave? Will the files be messed? Thanks

No it wont be meesed up. The reason to set it to slave so that the computer can recognise which HDD has the operating system.

Well, I thought it always boots to C...but whatever. Maybe this is why I'm missing 17gb on the D drive....room for the OS perhaps?
