Having trouble writing CDR's

Please help. I have been trying to create a CD (music or VCD) using VOB Intant CD/DVD. Copying from one CD to another is great.... works perfectly but when I try to create one from my hard drive I get the following error report.

Now this is all gibberish to me so if anyone out there knows what this means and how to solve it please let me know. It says I'm running W2000 but I actually use XP pro.
