Having a nightmare installing a Canon iP5200R :o(

I have just bought a Canon Pixma iP5200R printer & I'm trying to install it to run wirelessly. I want the printer to be the network printer for 4 laptops and 2 desktop machines in our house. I have installed the latest driver (from the Canon Website,) and the printer is working fine from the cable, but when I install the 'LAN' software (again, from the Canon Website,) I have managed to print a 'test page' wirelessly, but that is it... I have allowed the printer to my 'allowed list' on my router and given the printer a static IP address - Comodo doesn't seem to be causing me issues... I just can't get my head around it at all :o(

Any ideas/clues?
