Having difficult connecting to internet

We have recently installed a new BT Internet line in our office, our network which insist of 7 computers & two printers, four with a wire and the rest are wireless, except for two computer and one printer I have no problem with the rest network, these two computer which one is a dell all in one and the printer is a brother printer are losing every few hours internet connection or even worse network connection, the only way to get them back on is to disconnect the BT Hub and restart a few times will get them back on line, I have tried to change everything (hub filter switch) I have been with BT on the phone hours and still not sorted in the mean time it is driving us bizirk...Please help

The problem devices are they connected by cable or wireless?

Tried changing wireless channel?

G or N standard?

In that case it sounds as if signal strength or the receivers are the issue. Are both the Dell and the Brother printer in more remote locations than the other devices that connect correctly by WiFi?
