Have to use Opera to get PCA users links to work

  canard 20:13 26 Oct 03

I downloaded Quicktime which arrived with acres of Java progs. Now the users' links in PCA won't come up or the Times cartoons. But they all work in Opera. My Java apps must be OK for them to come up in Opera so it must be IE6.1 which I've repaired. Would like to get the IE 6 working for PCA. Any help would be appreciated. OS Win SE. Only other changes were updating AVG and Adaware.

Copy this, paste into address bar, remove the space after // and click Go.

Follow the instructions.

Thanks VoG am following your instructions -Shdocvw.dll is missing. Any idea where to find another and where to house it.

Get it from click here

Thanks Vog. All the dlls seem to be up and running [I'd wrongly entered the instructions]. So it seems either a trip to the registry [too cowardly] or reinstall IE.
