Which OS (Windows - XP/Vista/W7) are you using?
It may be that you do have a problem, but equally it may be a 'false positive' indication. A quick search revealed others finding similar problems (for example on the AVG site) which were difficult to resolve.
I could be you need to clear System Restore, do a full scan, reboot and re-enable System Restore to resolve this. If you need help in carrying out the work let us know but identify your OS as procedures vary slightly.
