have I got right outlook express server and accoun

For two weeks now I have been trying to access email from outlook express. I have gone to accounts and created and recreated my account. Also altered my server. Now I am not sure what is the outgoing server or incoming. I got the idea it is "pop3.blueyonder.co.uk" - account and "smtp.blueyonder.co.uk" - server. I am quite uselss now as you may have gathered. Also I have deleted different mail news accounts. So I go to web2mail and that seems to be slowing up as well. I reckon I have messed everything up. I keep getting messages cannot connect to server. Thanks

Try downloading Blueyonder Instant Support Tool and run it.


Also, are you entering the right user name.

You May be entering e.g. Bill Bloggs when it should be something like cd007h3245, the original user name given at installation.
