Have I got a problem with WinFixer?

Twice in the last two days, I've had a pop-up appear with dire warnings about potential PC problems. Can't remember exactly what it said, but it gave a choice of "OK" to scan (or similar) or "Cancel". Did neither - clicked the X to close the box. But each time it then took me to WinFixer page, and when I closed this, closed down all IE windows

I've scanned with Microsoft AntiSpyware, Stinger, Adaware, SpyBot etc and found nothing. Also followed links from this forum and tried "VundoFix" tool, which also found nothing

Have I got WinFixer, or is it trying to install? What do I do, either way?

Cheers

I'm wondering if it's actually on my system?

Done a search and there's no files with "winfix" or "winfixer" in them. Also searched the registry and the only reference is

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1281075794-56604596-2798751602-1005\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Explorer Bars\{C4EE31F3-4768-11D2-BE5C-00A0C9A83DA1}\FilesNamedMRU

Had a look at various sites telling me which registry keys might be affected, and found none of them...

Is it really there?
