I bought a belkin router which has ethernet plugs but I have a usb fitting on my external modem(seedtouch)- can I do anything about this?

I think that USB routers are the exception but this is one click here

See what in the thread?

You have a USB modem that can't connect to a Router that only has a Ethernet input.

I have shown you a link to a router that does accept a USB input which is what your thread appears to ask for.

If you want something different please explain what.

Hi, Methinks you should have checked before you bought , but, you may be able to change your router. personally I would change the modem for one with USB and Ethernet connections. We all live and learn. Cheers, Bill

You could buy an Ethernet to USB adapter.
I have one made by D-Link, which cost about £10.
Incidentally, I also have the Belkin router which is very good.
