Has my address been hijacked?

Just logged on to Outlook Express and got the usual pile of rubbish spam mail. Did the usual of highlighting the header only and choosing "message","block sender" to add them to my ever increasing list of blockeds... As I did one I noticed I was blocking my own email address!

It's not from me (it's about a "Stealth Mass Mailer`, which
can deliver 250,000 emails per hour without using your isp`s mailserver") but even if I click on "Properties" it shows my address as the sender.

How do I find out where it's really from so I can sort the b*st*rds out? And how do I know if I was the only recipient (and they used it to catch my eye) or if they are simply using my address?

if you select the properties tab - it will show the real sender of the email

according to the properties, the real sender is me!

And it's not!
