I installed my printer but the hardware wizard pops up everytime i boot up saying new hardware found.I tried uninstalling the printer and re installing it using the wizard but still get the hardware wizard saying new hardware found. I have windows xp.
Any ideas on how to stop this will be appreciated.

What printer?

Are you sure its not adding new components?

Have you let it run through the wizard a second time to see what happens??

One of my digital cameras and my scanner occassionally does this too!!!

Next time it does this, go through the procedure and next time you start up everything should be fine. At least that's what all the other threads asking this Q were told.
