Hardware resource conflict

Hi. I have two systems - one old and one new. I transferred all my old parts(pci modem, pci ethernet and graphics card) to my new computer, which already had parts into it already. I also transferred the old hard drive, as i thought this would save me installing drivers again.

But after this, in the device manager, i get a ! mark next to..... Communication port 3; wave device for voice modem; and usb root hub. It mentions that i have a hardware rsource conflict.

I understand that transferring parts is a very error prone job but i was just wondering:

If i formatted hard drive and reinstalled all the parts 1 by 1 would that fix this problem?

If not... what can you suggest?

Reinstall the modem drivers.
