HARDWARE - Are all these parts compatible?

Hi all. First post here on PCAdvisor.
I am a novice at PC construction, and was wondering if each of these parts will work together?

Here's a list:
Leadtek GeForce 8800GT 512Mb
Pioneer DVR-216 Black SATA DVD
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 CPU
500Gb Seagate SATA2 32Mb HDD x2
Asus P5Q Premium P45 MB
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi
4096Mb 4Gb DDR2 800 Memory

I have tried to research these myself, to no avail. I guessed I needed 2 SATA cables, as well.
Any help? :)

Hi there,
First what is it for?
Why not a P5K MB? and why 2 500GB HDD's?
why not a 1TB Samsung spinpoint F1 HD103UJ
and while I'm at it what about a Q6600 go stepping CPU? and a Radeon HD4780 Graphics card.
This sort of set up with your X-Fi soundcard would make a decent gaming rig, of course you now have to look at cooling, PSU and a case what did you have in mind for that?

It's for at least a mid-range gaming pc.
I've only got $2000-2500 AUD to throw around.

As for a case, a Thermaltake TT Soprano Midi.
