Hard Drive to make bootable

In the 2004 july issue of PC Avisor Page 144 there was an article explaning how to make a slave hard drive bootable and work like the operating drive.
Can you help me to make my Slave hard Drive the same

Just checked the issue you quote (Issue 108 July 2004)and there is no mention of making a slave drive bootable. Could you check that again??

Surely that is only if you remove the master drive and plug in the slave. If you are talking about NT/2k/XP you can have different boot/system drives, but I don't know if that works across different physical drives (as opposed to partitions of a single HD)
