Hard drive interface standards

Hi people,
I need to replace a hard drive - orignially an 80GB Maxtor ATA/133 - and I want to make sure the new unit will be compatible with the PC the old one came from.

Is ATA/133 the HD interface standard? I see drives advertised with IDE, ATA-7, SATA and SATA II interfaces. Are any of these compatible with ATA/133?

Am I limited to finding an ATA/133 drive or will any IDE drive be ok?

Thanks in advance.
