hard drive backup

I want to backup my hard drive before it's too late.

Trouble is when I try this with Nero it shows two partitions when I was expecting only one.

The parts are listed as C:\,which I was expecting, and a second much smaller listed as FAT32X(h).

Which should I backup and will this include all my drivers, files etc..

I know this is fairly basic stuff for some but it's rather confused me.

Just make full backups with it, Also you are better load the Software to Hard Drive then within the Program Create a Rescue CD so you can boot with the CD and restore Image. You can uninstall from Hard Drive once you have created the CD. Just use that

Nero gives me the choice of one or the other not both. By hard drive do I assume that to be the C:\?
I'm not too worried about the other software etc as I already have backups of these and my photos.
Sorry for being thick.

By the way, I understand you are a man who has a tool for retrieving photos after they have been accidentally been deleted. Any chance of a trial?
