Hard Drive

I made a bit of a mess in trying to install a second hard drive, drive D, somehow without even formatting the drive I have a folder called "System Information" and another one called "Recycler" on the new drive and I can't delete them. They are taking up 32Gb of drive space and even if I format the drive they stay there. How do I delete them? By the way I now know what I should have done to install the drive!

Maybe something like Partition Manager would sort it out for you if you have a trial version somewhere on disc. Or something like Ranish partition manager - free download from click here

You need to change the settings for the Recycle Bin and System Restore to configure each drive separately.
