Some one is trying to hack my system, since yesterday these IP address have been trying to get into my system every half an hour

IP 86.141.47.154:445
IP 86.137.67.213:135
IP 86.137.199.189

I have a windows fire wall, an advast firewall and a pervx firewall.

Does anyone know how i can send a message to these people and give them a peace of my mind or any other way of trying to keep them out.

I have reported it to my ISP (BT) all updates/firewalls/spyware ect are all upto date.

You only need 1 firewall running!

to check oiut who these people are use click here

it will tell you who is trying to access your system

Running more than 2 firewalls is just asking for a conflict. I advise you run only one and make sure it is up to date.

I usually only run windows fire wall and my advast anti vius (built in firewall with it) but since yesterday my system has been attacked constancly by the above IP adrress and i want to make sure the they can't get in and that somehow i can wring the bastards neck as i have sentative information that i don't want relaesed. any ideas what i should try next? i have asked my boss, but he has yet to get back to me

Are you sure the first two ip addy's are correct! There should only be 4 sets of numbers.

Only use one firewall at a time and dissable windows firewall as it will not prevent stuff going out!

Probably purely harmless 'handshakes'. No hacker is interested in what is on a home PC. Turn off the alerts and surf in peace.

  Jak_1 20:18 08 Aug 06

Looking at the first four sets of digits in the first two then I suspect they are BT Wholesale too. They are not trying to hack into your system.

  helpmeagain 20:19 08 Aug 06

when they send another attack through i will write it all down here and then we can take it from there.

  VoG II 20:23 08 Aug 06

They are not hackers! It is perfectly normal!!!

  helpmeagain 20:26 08 Aug 06

this was all i could write down before it dissapeared

DCOM exploit 86.137.233

i was to slow to write the rest down.

If it is just friendly hand shake how can i stop it flashing on all the time and what would they want from me (i am not that friendly at the moment)

Turn of the alert popups in your firewall.
