graphics problem

I have just formated and my graphics are acting wierd.If I scroll down a page I get a ripple effect.I have tried reinstalling my graphics driver without any sucess.

yes I have installed them

try redownloading your graphics driver from manufacturers website to your desktop.
start in safe mode uninstall graphics driver from device maager,reboot and install the downloaded driver.

getting a lot of corrupt files tried regcure no luck.

I've been thinking about this. The problem you describe I have seen before, in the cases I have seen its always been caused by the graphics card drivers not being installed properly.
Perhaps its the wrong drivers?
What graphics card do you have?

try another card first
