Graphics Problem

I drive what PC Advisor calls a Power PC with an nVidia Ge Force 4 Ti 4600 VideoCard (with the latest driver). I have recovered my PC after a series of crashes by restoring Windows and disabling the Video Card. (Even though the Device Manager for the Video Card tells me that it is working properly when not disabled.)
Microsoft has told me that there is a conflict between the Video Card and the mother board. I have ensured that all cards are seated properly.
My question is - how can I restore my graphics to what they were before the crashes and the reinstallation of Windows, which cleaned the Hard drive?
