Graphics Card - Storing Image

  caradoc 18:34 11 Nov 05

I am a flight simmer and I have noticed of late that my graphics card seems to "store" a previous image and it appears everytime I change views in the aircraft I'm flying. An example being - start flight on dispersal, taxi and takeoff then when I use my yoke to look left/right, the original "dispersal view" shows for a second ot two during the view changes! This "ghost" view shows each time I change views throughout the flight.
Can anyone give me a reason for this?
Have 4 cooling fans installed plus the PSU so don't think overheating is the cause.
System AMD 2400 (2Ghz CPU), 1Gb RAM, MSI GForce FX5600XT 256Mb graphics Card, MSI KT4V Mobo
Graphics drivers for the Nvidia Chip are up to date.

Solved this one by NOT continually upgrading the Nvidia driver. The MSI graphics card is not longer manufactured so I have stayed with the last MSI issued driver. Problem resolved!!
