Graphics card for MSI K7N420PRO, disable on-board?

I am building a PC using a mixture of new and used parts for my daughter.

I have a graphics card with DVI but can't find the settings in the mobo bios to disable the on-board video and activate the AGP slot.

The manual and the MSI website are no help.

Also is it true that the nVidia graphics drivers are all the same and I can use the existing one for the new card?

Its best if you uninstal the drivers then instal the agp card then reinstal drivers.

The motherboard should just automatically disable onboard graphics when you instal into agp slot.I have an MSI board and that is what happened to me

Was under misapprehension that you didnt have to reinstal drivers even though they are both nvidia, just use it as an excuse to load latest drivers available.
