Graphics Card - Monitor Problem

Hi, I always get this error when I start up my pc : click here looked around internet andsaw some people saying one of your cables might not be plugged in properly or at the right spot but the thing is I'm completely noob with this haha. If anyone could tell me what to do to fix this here is a few pictures of the inside of my computer :

Is your monitor plugged into the socket at the rear of your PC which is on the metal plate attached to the graphic card (I think it is the long card shown in your photos)

I am also a bit concerned about the Fan failure message. Are all the fans working especially those on the video card.
