This Atom 330 motherboard has a built-in Intel graphics accelerator but only VGA output.
Can I install a separate graphics card for HD output in the PC Express slot and if so which one?
It's a mini-ITX case with very little spare space.

Thank you

If this is already covered in another thread I apologise - I couldn't find any reference to it.

This motherboard appears to only have a conventional PCI slot NOT a PCI Express click here

You can not upgrade the graphics.

When I said you can not upgrade I should have said you can not upgrade to PCI-E.

blink2gb two suggestions will fit into the PCI slot but two thoughts occur.

Are .they physically too long/high for a micro ATX mobo

How much of an upgrade are they over the on board graphics.

Thanks to Bremner and blink2gb for the info and suggestions. One of my problems with the on-board graphics is that there is only VGA output. Would I at least get HD type output from the alternatives (if I could fit them in)?

You will not get anthing like HD quality from the card you list.

You will howver get a DVI and VGA outputs.

FYI there is however no real discernable diffrence in quality between DVI and VGA. click here

Thank you for the help and suggestions. I'm not going to bother with a separate card for the moment.
